Over 15 years ago I joined Nothnagle Real Estate Services as a licensed agent. It didnt take long before I realized that I had found the career in Sales that was going to allow me to utilize my skillset to its full potential. Simply put, being a real estate agent was a natural fit for me.  My drive, skills and knowledge propelled me to the top of my game and year after year I achieved many different levels of Sales Achievement  Awards. Over a short period of time, I developed a true passion for the industry and realized it was much more than just "Sales".  Being an agent provided me with an opportunity to serve my community and assist my clients with a level of service and caring that they may have never experienced before. When Nothnagle was acquired by Howard Hanna, my business skyrocketed. In 2019, I worked with our Mergers and Acquisitions Dept and purchased the Naples Branch as a Franchise. Becoming Broker / Owner of my own independently owned and operated Howard Hanna office is absolutely the best thing I have ever done in my professional life!  It has been such a rewarding experience. I truly believe that this is what I was meant to do and I am exactly where I was meant to be. Did I mention that since I opened my doors as "Howard Hanna ~ The Rohr Agency" I had several new talented agents join my brokerage, as well as maintained the agents that had previously been with the branch.  We are a solid team of well trained, ethical agents working together to bring the absolute best to our clients. I am extremely experienced in the Finger Lakes housing market. From castles to cabins, I have assisted clients in buying and selling all types of properties throughout the region.

As the general contractor on my own Hybrid Timber-frame home, I gained valuable knowledge on the process of building and overall construction. This has enabled me insight to help buyers determine the quality of a home’s construction and navigate the process to make changes or meet current code requirements.

I have an extensive network of trusted local contractors and vendors that we may need to utilize during the buying/selling process. As your “project manager” my connections will allow us to establish a team that will enable us to seamlessly reach our goals.

About me: 

I moved to Naples in 2007 and I have 3 sons that I am proud to say have all achieved the highest rank of Eagle Scout.  It is a lovely place to live with a caring community and strong family values. Its been a perfect fit for my outdoor hobbies such as hunting, kayaking, camping and fishing. I also love to hike with my Doberman throughout the Finger Lakes Trail and on the back country roads of our Tri-County area.
